    I want to buy vip but, it only have option to buy it with paypal and my parents dont want to pay with paypal. Options like PaySafeCard and Bank transfer are possible to me.

    You don't actually need a paypal account. You just click on the paypal link and then when it asks you to log in to paypal, there's an option underneath to just pay using a credit card.
