How Do I Create A Google Doc With Questions?

If you want to take part in Siegfried Says you need to fill in a doc.
Can someone explain how to create a doc like this?

 

If you mean how to sign up for it then you need to fill out one of these two:

first of all i'm not sure whether you mean a google doc with answerable questions on it or something similar to one of the first replies, which is notably a google form and not a google doc

given that you can't really make questions on a google document i'm going to assume you mean a google form

when you create a new file in google drive instead of the first three most common options (doc, slides, sheet) select "more" and forms should be there

not going to be that detailed but once you make all your questions you send the link to people and then can either leave it as-is and simply view responses on the form or link the form to a spreadsheet where you can more easily manage and manipulate data

For the event you need to fill the form and after that you will get a conversation where you will know your town and submit the answers!
