Of course I can obviously make a MUCH higher damage build but the whole point of this build is to be basic and not skill point tight or any master vouchers while having decent damage

It's more of a water/thunder build (I am talking about victorpotato2's build). Usage of Dark Channeler and Soul Signal helps make it more hybrid-like. If you want to use multiple wands (Like Requiem for example), you can replace the helmet with Third Eye possibly or if you want less terrible elemental defenses because of the positive elemental % gained from the Third Ey. Brainwash is very specific in terms of sp requirements as well which is another reason why Third Eye could be used as an alternative. However you will have your damage output lowered by a decent margin so be careful of that and it's more useful if you have multiple weapons or if you want to be more water-focused while also having thunder elements and still be a Judas Build primarily.
