I Might Need Some Help

Yeah, I need some help with some encouragement and/or suggestions on, well, "relationships".
I say that with those quotation marks because I'm actually still in my teens, and I don't plan on actually having a girlfriend (I'm a boy) until at least 1 or 2 years have passed.
But yeah, I've got a huge crush on this girl in my school, and as I said, I need suggestions and maybe some encouragement on what to do/say to her.
Things to note:

• She doesn't really check her e-mail that much (tried that)
• She's actually only in one of my classes (but I do see her a lot)
• I don't know if she's part of my religion or any religion at all

If you have any serious ideas please tell me! It would help a bunch.

 

Personally I've never been in a relationship nor am I interested in one but I'd say get to know her a bit first before nose diving straight into flirty conversation, whether or not you're going to put this off for the 1 or 2 years that you've mentioned. Maybe if you become close enough she'll possibly develop feelings towards you too. Again take everything I say with a slight grain of salt as I stated before I have not been, nor do I plan to be involved in any kind of relationship yet.

Okay, this is advice from the guy who waited too long and whose crush was eventually taken:

• Be patient. Don't rush things, or it'll backfire hard
• Pay attention to the details. If they come up at another point she'll know that you're paying attention and that you care
• Be happy with what you have at the moment. Yes, being in the friendzone can be a letdown, but you've stated yourself that you have a huge crush, which most likely means that you care, and I imagine that losing a friend over not being satisfied with what you have right now can be very painful

I'm in a hell where not a single person wants to be in a relationship with you, but in the one lucky relationship I had in my life (which was back in November), I have learned to listen. Always listen to a girl, no matter how boring it gets; it will always be worth your time in the end.

 

As a girl, I will say this: girls really appreciate it when someone (especially a guy) takes the time to get to know her. Just showing that you care about who she is will probably be the best thing you can do.
