Assassin/Ninja Help Gonna Need An Inferno Build

I am gonna come back in 3-4 months about a month before road to dern, and I want to buy an inferno and create a build. I made one a few months ago, however now its impossible due to hive. I would prefer a little rainbow tankiness, but dps as well. Just try to have all positive defences. No budget, this is ment to give me a start to create a good build for this.
