Mage/Dark Wizard Help Using A Specific Item - Updated Thread

Hey everyone! I am having trouble deciding what class to use next. Currently I have a 100 archer that I don't really have a build for, and want to use this weekend to get another level 75+ class. I wanted to plan out a build for MAGE, and the only requirement I have for the build is using no mythics, and it MUST have this item:

Your eyes are working correctly I swear. That is a real pair of boots. OP? Yes. Needs to be used? Yes. Hit me with your best builds for your class of choice. The goal should be soloing LI (cybel too) without changing items for defenses. Also, if you send in double or more hive builds I will have your post deleted, cause they won't work in the future, and I need builds that work.
Feel free to use Hive, LI, dungeon, or random drop items excluding mythics.

builds with capricorn are easy to find, just search for air or water builds, or even both elements builds.

 

IK, I make builds with it myself. I want opinions first tho.
