Help With Transmutation Merchants In Hive

When I try to exchange two fire catalyst x and an un-id item it says I dont have the un-id item, help or fixes anyone??

 

The un-IDed item is an unpowdered item from that division.

 

powdered works too

 

when i try any un-id item like an un-id morph stardust or unique legs or rare ring it doesn't work

 

What do you mean by un-id that is unpowered from the division?Like what division are you talking about?Like the hive stages or something

You need an item from the division you're trying to obtain a voucher back from. For example you'd need an item from the hive division and 2 Fire Catalyst X's in order to re-obtain a fire voucher.
