    they are if you want to lootrun, if you want something cheaper you should use treassure boots from the underwater quest

    Depends what you need it for. If you have a forum shop where you sell good items, probably, as 32% LB really helps with lootrunning. Just se a basic Pelier/DiamondDust/Jera/Pirate'sLuck/Rarity/Rarity/Knucklebones/PendantOfProsperity lootrunning set and sell the items you get on the Trade Market

    don't waste your money on it yet. You don't seem to have any 100 classes yet, so their usefulness would be somewhat limited for you.

    You don't get boots from the underwater quest, you get a breathing helmet.

    you get the helmet during the quest, boots afterwards. unless they changed it
