Chat

I understand the concept of chat, such as reply to a message and things like that, but how does one chat in all (not across all servers, just in my general vicinity to the folks around me) without doing so in a private message? People often try to talk to me that are not in my party, and its not in private message, but as I cant figure out how to talk in "local all", therefor I am unable to answer them. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

 

Simply type a message without any associated commands and it will be received by any players nearby.

 

wow, dont I feel stupid. I was putting the / in front of everything. I dont know why, just was. Thank you for the help. Maybe now folks will stop thinking Im just rude and unsociable.
