Before I announce the winners, I have few other things to say first:

Which Raffle I'd Enter
Here I'll explain what I'd do if I could enter a similar giveaway. My explanation involves some maths, but it's not complicated at all:

Lets say X people joined the small raffle, and Y joined the big one.
On average (and by average I mean what will happen if we will repeat this giveaway many many times), each participant of the small raffle will win 64/X le, and each participant of the big one will win 128/Y.
If Y < 2X (which means more than 1/3 of the people choose the small raffle) it's better (again, on average) to choose the big one.

However... I don't really care about the average case. I care about my chances to win, and that's it.
Since we won't repeat this giveaway more than once, the average result isn't accurate. I'd rather have the best chance to win, even if it means I'll only win half of the prize (generally speaking, of course the prize size and the specific chances matters).
That's just my opinion, feel free to criticize me in the comments down below.

The Statistics About The Responses
I received 276 responses. Out of them, only 253 were valid responses. The invalid ones didn't link their forum account to their in-game account, or entered multiple times with the same account. I had to remove them from the giveaway, to make sure everyone have the same chances to win.


The LE Amount
I thought I might find a connection between the raffle people choose and the amount of LE they currently have, but I didn't find any. In case you are interested to see the chart, here it is:

(You can't see it in the picture, but 6.5% answered 3-6 stacks, and 3.3% answered 6-9 stacks)


The Raffles Statistics

Since more than 1/3 of the people entered the smaller raffle, on average the bigger one is more beneficial. But in our case, it's so close to 1/3 that I still think the smaller one is better overall.
After I removed all the invalid responses, I was left with 93 people in the small raffle, and 160 in the big one.


How I Validated The Entries And Choose The Winners
I wanted to make sure no-one enter more than once, so I asked everyone to enter their in-game name which must be linked to their forums account. That way it's a bit harder to cheat (but still possible, if you own 2 forums accounts - which is illegal).
To validate the entries, I wrote a short java program that used the Excel file with all of the entries (which was generated by Google Forms). First, I made sure all the entries are different and no-one entered multiple times. Then, I used the WynnAPI (and for few rare cases, the forums API as well) to check if the minecraft user and the forums users are linked. I used this code to select the winners as well.

Besides that, this raffle was chill (except for the fact that I didn't win even though I had the statistical advantage)
