Hive Items.

• The Hive shops now have refund merchants who will exchange Hive equipment back into vouchers so you can purchase a different one instead, provided you have a catalyst from the corresponding boss.

I was bored and looking through change logs and saw this, I couldn't find the supposed exchange merchant tho. Was this a legitimate thing or no?

 

There are three signs near the entrance the refund merchant is the sign with the soul point thing
