Warrior/Knight Help Build Improvement?

So I have this build here which I have liked a lot: Neutral Tank Fire Damage
The problem is, that it has started to crumble a bit under me, so I am asking if anyone could improve it some for me?

I realize I might come out a bit picky here, but I do want some restrictions.

• I don't like mythics, period.
• Not a fan of doing LI as I have never been further than Cybel. Am working on a new bracelet though, possibly from there.
• I have t6 powders on all of my armor. Well, that was until I lost my Gaea-Hewn Boots from my inventory. If you want to swap out some armor that's fine, but try to keep it in mind.
• I like having positive elemental defenses all-round.
• I like life steal a lot as well as positive, or at least not negative, health regen.

no mythics or li as u wanted
defs are cool but hp is a bit low due to fire sanc (use ardiente if u want more hp)
clock amulet is there for the 15% set bonus fire damage, you can switch it for drain if you want more ls or something with exploding if you want to get that to 100%

change shimmer to blue mask if you need SPs.

wouldnt a dfr -> prism be the first change
currently it's unequippable since ouroboros having the realistic max sp of 6 in each lowers your builds sp by 5, after which you'd need perfect sp rolls on everything

 

Yours is still better tho

 

Before the massive amounts of item balancing updates and DnD and all that, that build was spectacularly good for my play style. It's playable still, but not all that good anymore.
