    auctionning a horse?
    why don't just sell it for the market price or a little under
    and what is that end date? 7 days? why not 3 days?
    and mabye adding a time+timezone would help
    no hate

    There is no need to give out the timezone already. You rather just give it out to the one who actually won the auction. The reason 7 days is because, Why not? Maybe people want to have some time to think about it, others may are on holiday or busy with school. I just give them an oppertunity as well.

    if timezones don't matter and you live in like the netherlands (hey me too)
    and it is 6 am 15 march the auction is over for you
    but if someone wants to bid at the same time, but they live in PST, then it is 9 pm 14 march for them, so they still can bid
    that is why timezones matter
    and if you sell the item 4 pm CET
    and someone bids in 8 pm CET, it still is the same day
    that is why time matters
    i think mods will agree with me
