100% Powder Converted Weapons Still Do Other Elemental Damage

prettu much what the title says
if u put enough powders on a weapon thst had neutral damage, when you cast spells it still deals other elemental damage from the spell itself
like i have a gales force with 3t6 air powders but when i do a bomb arrow it still does like fire and earth damage

so like how come? it’s pretty annoying tbh lol

you will see that below every spell stats, desc and info, it states the percentage of damage converted to other types of elemental damage.

 

yea im aware of this but it should only convert neutral damage
what im saying is even after the whole weapon is powdered up and is purely elemental damage, it still happens

 

The damage is converted from the neutral damage before powdering. Spell conversion precedes powder conversion.
