Well the contents of this image are rather strange, lots of 4chan pages, including references to old futaba imgboards, 'hardcore', references to "yatsuba B" (based on a quick google search, this seems gross), Manga. I don't want to be researching this stuff man.
And yet it's all html coding. Perhaps it was taken from a main website that we need to be on? Near the top the words read "/b/ is the home of anonymous, it is where...." and is then cut off. Anonymous is clearly seen by the image itself, but hey this may be a helpful clue.

I also tried searching for any signs of steganography, but I got nothing from it. Maybe someone else has a different method of analyzing for steganography and feels like trying.

One final note is that the file name is "Xc4KTm3"
This is an important clue.

I used my go-to base64 decoder and got:

A side note -

Tried lightening the image for any secrets, nothing.
Using another anonymous image, i got the same result. I don't know how a necklace correlates with it, but okay?

Nm isn't an element in the periodic table though. It's only a theorized element to describe spectroscopy observations in nebula that was later proved incorrect.

Nm might mean Newton meter, or torque.

 

I have no idea what I am doing or what I can do, but I managed to find a website which seems to be from where that HTML comes from. What to do with this? I have no idea, I mean, I don't even know if this is useful, kek. It also seems to have no metadata.

Welp, I can't link it because I don't have 10 posts, rip. It's on openclassrooms, on a topic submitted by a user under the alias of 'Lylo_'. Searching for "yotsuba.9.css" "RTA-5042-" on Google got me there. Hope this can be of some use xd.

This is the exact same image. If I had to bet, the only reason that link came up is because said user has managed to get as much text as possible with that.


Though if I had to guess, this is a dead end.

My current leads are:

1) Guessing Passwords with a few words:

- Guy Fawkes
- 4chan
- Anonymous

2) We pick up with the NM clue received earlier.

 

Could be meaningless, but I've now found where the image came from.
