I hope you understand the question, if not heres and example:

If i try to get blue masks by killing lvl. 70 Trainers in ToL and i´m lvl. 68 (the same lvl of Blue Masks) i should have the perfect conditions for getting those.
But now the question i have is what is the maximum level i can be to still get Blue Masks dropped.

So if you formulate this question more abstract you´ll end up with the title.

If there is already a Thread about this pls leave a link (i couldnt find anything) and if you have any data on this i´d be happy if you would share it.

    Thanks, Leo

I think that the loot you get is dependent on the mob's lvl range.

Items dropped from mobs will always be between 5 levels below and 5 levels above the mobs level. Your level does not change this. So even if you are a level 100 player, a level 68 mob will still have a drop level range of 63-73.

How do you mean "didn't get anything"? Mobs do not have a 100% chance to drop an item, let alone a legendary, if that is what you mean.

The closer you are to the mob's level, the more loot it'll drop. Farming Blue Mask with a level 100 is very ineffective.

Is there any way to calculate the amout of Items that are dropped at a certain Level relative to the amount dropped when being the same Level as the mob you kill?

Sadly not. I recommend you stay within 5 levels of the mob, that's how it works for xp ranges, iirc. If you go outside the 5 level range the amount drops very quickly.

Ok thanks! So what matters is the lvl of the mob, not the lvl of the item i want to get?

As long as that item is within a 5 level range of the mob's level it should be fine.
