    Hey,

I recently got a good new weapon I wanted (40-60 neutral damage) to equip and put my best powders on them (water t4 and earth t3). Now that weapon only got 20-23 neutral damage, with those powder damage. Did I do or understand something wrong there?

    Thx,
    Leon :)

it converts neutral damage to the powder damage
which is immensely helpful as then %elemntal damage will be a lot more effective

The way how powders work on weapons is taking a percentage of neutral damage depending on what tier of powder, and converting it to elemental damage depending on what element of powder.

Don’t worry though; as long as you have some %water damage on your gear, you should be doing more damage than you did before
