    looking for a tidebinder build with good sd, decent defenses, no mythics, and no more than 3 master hive items.

    If you can use powders on armor then swap ominous wind for diamond hydro or Kernel and use 3 earth VI, 4 water VI, 2 fire VI, and 1 air VI. That'd balance the elements and give the best boosts IMO.
