Buying Buying Salticidae!

I am interested in buying a Salticidae! That's pretty much it. If you don't know, it's a level 76 rare dagger. I'm willing to pay up to 2.5 LE for a Salticidae. I don't know how to get it. I just saw it in the Item Guide on the Wynncraft website. I don't know how to get it, but I want it.
Also, according to the Item Guide, its stats don't have a range, and there's no such thing as a maxed Salticidae! The walkspeed is just locked at +42% (There's also -10 spell damage and +30 agility)! It deals 300-750 air damage and 100-450 earth damage, with super slow attack speed.
Anyway, provide your offers with a picture of the Salticidae you want me to buy!

Also, if there's something special I need to do to get it that makes it untradable, please tell me. The Wynncraft Item Guide doesn't say whether or not something is tradable. My ign is kebsthemighty.
