I'm looking for a Nepta build that does massive spell damage and has good mana regen. I would like this build to be able to do LI (not solo)

Do you think this build could solo LI, or does it need support?

 

I'm not sure. I'd like to say yes, but I don't have a mage to test it. In theory though, almost any strong mage build with decent mana regen can out heal most attacks. You might want to add concentration to all the armor and use thunder powders on the rest of the open slots. You'll have lots of -earth defense, but you'll be more likely to solo Cybel, since it uses thunder and fire.
