I think asking for the sp regen is a perfectly reasonable question. I would want to know what I'm getting too.

 

its 3% but nobody normaly cares about sp regen
do u ask about xp bonus on an old keepers ring or about xp bonus on memento

 

I'm afraid of the reply I will get considering I only know one of those rings but I'm going to say old keepers ring because I use that to get loot and xp from mobs.
