Wynncraft - The Untold Story

Today marks my 1 year anniversary of being a part of wynn, so why not go out with a bang? As some of you are aware, wynncraft stole my music, and I can sue them 3 different ways for this. I made a decently long video about it, but I'll time stamp it for those who only want to look at different parts.

Proof I wrote half of Bucie:
Here's an EXACT copy of the Bucie song, note for note. It's impossible enough to try to listen to a wynncraft song and make a replica in noteblock studio, but to make an exact copy just isn't possible unless you made it. Copyright laws state that I have the right to publicly release this and lend it to the public, so there is no reason anything should happen to me because of posting the nbs file publicly. If something does happen, then that's another thing I can add to wynn to sue them for, denying me of my joint copyright ownership rights.

Why can I sue Wynncraft?:
1.) They have denied me of the right to have my name on copies of my music, which according to the law can cause copyright infringement to occur.
2.) I have copyrighted my song "Big Tree Island", which is now being used in the Bucie theme without my explicit written permission. That is theft.
3.) They have used Bucie without my permission even after I told them I wanted ALL of my music gone from wynncraft. Here is my formal written statement on the matter. https://i.imgur.com/wjandRI.jpg

Yes, the official response should be written in your handwriting. It can't be typed because anyone could type it and send it out, but that isn't the case for a handwritten response. A handwritten response has your handwriting to prove you sent it. I hope this clarified things a bit! :)

Wynncraft is using of a song which contains something I copyrighted.
Wynncraft is using bucie without my explicit permission.
Wynncraft has not granted me the copyright owner rights of having my name on Bucie because I wrote half of it.
For these three reasons, I am threatening to sue wynncraft unless something is done.

 

Maybe because not many people here are taking you seriously...

You're spot on. The alternative compensation I'm looking for is either the removal of Bucie entirely, or to have Selvut write a statement like I did saying that he would allow Bucie to be used by both parties in any way shape or form as long as our real names are both credited on the song.

I don't know. Ask Selvut and possibly Xavier on why they lied to Grian and Salted saying that Bucie was Selvut's piece of work only.
