Quest Item Is Bugging In My Inventory

English: I did the quest Corrupted Village and took accidentally 2 of the unstable ores.
I finished the quest and now, i cant drop the other ore because its a quest Item.

German: Ich hab die Quest Corrupted Village gemacht und habe aus versehen 2 von den unstable ores genommen. Ich hbabe die Quest geschafft aber jetzt kann ich das andere unstable ore nicht aus meinem inventar werfen, weil s ein Quest Item ist.

Edit: I tried /fixquests but now 3 quest items are bugging in my inventory

 

idk if this is still a thing, but i think you can fill your inv with emeralds or something, and put the quest item in the crafting slot, then exit and it will go on the ground
