    where can i get Ohms' rage it says on wynndata that it cant be dropped from a mob

    I think that might be one of the items that is dropped after playing a dungeon. From the level of the pants I'd assume it is dropped from Undergrowth Ruins or Ice Barrows. Honestly I don't know where any of the items that drop from dungeons come from, or even what all the items that drop on dungeon completion are. There should be a list for that kind of thing ;(
