Mage/Dark Wizard Help Cascade Mage Build

My mage is going to be my fourth level 100.

I was wondering if you guys have any build ideas using the mage wand Cascade. I don't really care what kind of build it is, I just want it to be good.

Please don't use items from LI. You can use an item from the Hive, but only one.

This build is quite tanky but can deal up to 10k meteors with an average of 8k and even more on crit.

If you ever need neutral damage, switch to Manablast, which has 400 raw spell, meaning it’ll deal 1600k neutral on meteor just by itself (more because this build has some raw spell).

After putting in required skill points, put the rest in intelligence for more spell spam or agility for more survivability.

I dont understand y u use Morph Stardust and not Shimmersight

 

defences and shimmersight is bullshit
