Buying A Decent To Good Wand

I used to use a Lunar spine along with some other stuff to make a really fun spell spamming build, but now that Lunar is way different, I need a good wand. Preferably with some decent mana regen and damage.

P.S. I wanted to see if i could make a poison-mage build to meme my friends with. Any chance someone could help me with that? I've already got a great cancer and Scorpio, along with a decent plague staff.

I have these don't know if your interested (If your making a poison build I do have a max poison planet healer btw)

 

don't currently have the stuff needed to use those wands. also don't think im gonna be using cascade in anything high level/difficult

What would be good for compensating the lack of health that comes with that wand?

 

Its not that much health loss but ye i guess some good hp armor
