The demand on Gales is pretty low, not many ppl actually want to buy it and those few who want one will buy the ones with good stats. Sadly it will be really hard for you to find a buyer besides the item buyer

A 21% walkspeed Gale’s Force will never, ever sell. The max is 39%, so people will rather buy much better ones or lootrun for one themselves. Only 38% or 39% will sell. So your only option is to item buyer it.

 

Like others have said, this won’t sell. It doesn’t have the stats people want. Just give it to the IB because you’re never gonna get any cash from that thing.
