    Ah yes I love biased polls. In all seriousness, Lament really doesn't need a buff. It's in a good spot right now. Decent damage, amazing support capability, and good sustain.

    Becuase nepta is a glass cannon and Lament is support wand?
    (and pretty sure Lament already does more damage than Nepta with a right build)

    Not only nepta is a glass cannon, but it has a super fast attack speed causing the attack speed multiplier to be 4.3 instead of like 1.5 for meteor (or any spell really) so it deals a lot of damage even with small base damage (80-100). This applies to Torrential Tide & Spring as well.

    Not a buff, but a rework.

    Lament is in many ways, dumb to me. The steal identifications are technically useless, but while the mana steal can be useful (but gimmicky as hell) the -lifesteal is like the stealing ID on cataclysm. It serves no purpose other than to meme around for the sake of it.

    If I were to suggest something, it would not directly be a buff. As you all know, with the new spellcasting changes, spellcasting on a slower weapon is no longer painful (hooray JP), so I would change Lament by turning it into a super slow weapon (but changing the base damage according to fit with the new spell multiplier) and increase the -lifesteal. From my experience, using melee on a super slow weapon has a MUCH higher chance of triggering lifesteal and manasteal. So by changing Lament to super slow (and by increasing the -lifesteal considerably) it would change the weapon's melee attack into a high-risk high-reward type of thing, where meleeing can grant the user instant mana regeneration, but with a good chance of considerable health loss.

    Anyways, these are just my thoughts. I think Lament is fine right now, but it feels too much like a legendary. Mythics are known for the wacko, restrictive, but wildly benefitting playstyles. Lament's steal identifications are interesting, but not really used with the given attack speed.

    You more or less described what Lunar Spine currently is, minus the fact that on Lunar Spine your mana regen is gonna be practically negative enough that it'll bring it down to 0, so yeah.
