Media Bak'al Just Stole Corrupter Of Worlds Job

I mean why does CT decided to Remake a shitty character by making it an Antogonist with nice amount of Lore? You will say "why not?" But we already have an Antagonist named Corrupter of Worlds, About which very little we know. We dont know: What he destroyed, With which hero he fought and his prehistory, not including the fact that he was a miner who entered the portal and became a Undead leader.

 

Bak'al isn't a new character, judging from the gavel expansion teaser, he's been planned for a while, I guess they just haven't gotten around to introducing him until DnD

 

Oh My God! Haven't notice that! Was this cutscene and Rangar added?

 

Unfortunately, no, the only cutscenes with Bak'al are all 3 of Bak'al's discoveries and the ultimate discovery

 

What about Rangar?

 

First of all, I think it's Ragnar, not Rangar.
Second, Ragnar isn't introduced anywhere in the game, i believe only a few NPC's mention him

 

He’s a Bob or player-like hero. If you complete Maltic’s Well, a guard outside of Detlas will comment on how Ragnar would have normally taken care of that (but you did instead).

 

I think that when Cow entered the portal he got his mind 100% corrupted now he is just a beast and that when bak'al entered the portal,he just got powers and corrupted his body

 

And his mind obviously, just not completely

 

To be frank, I think CoW was just a generic stand-in for a bad guy just so that there would be “some” sort of conclusion.

 

How are they anti-heroes? Antagonists and anti-heroes are diff. things. An anti-hero is like deadpool, not quite good, not quite evil; characters who do some good through... questionable methods. If I missed some lore, please tell me where I can find it.

CoW is just a normal miner
he probably lived a happy life, had a loving wife, wonderful children and a nice job, until one day poof he turned into a bloodthirsty beast whose only purpose is to corrupt everything

 

I hate it when that happens

 

you get used to it
