Misunderstand

Dear Wynn support team,

There seems to have been a misunderstand with my ban. There was noted I had an alternate account on which I fly hacked as well. This is not true, I don’t own an alternate account and I urge you to check once again because this is not me being wrong on my behalf but something I can’t do anything about.
