Kingdom Of Sand Bug At The Vault Guard

Hey,

I need help at the Mission "Kingdom of Sand".
Because I talked to the Vault Guard just before the server restarted I can't enter the hideout. I gave the note i got in the Villa to the Guard but the questbook didn't update. So now the questbook says "Talk to the Vault Guard to enter the hideout" but nothing happens when I click on the Guard. And when I want to enter the hideout the Guard says "Are you deaf? No password, no way in for you!" and I can't enter.
So what can I do now? I can't Finish the quest...
