Rank Upgrade (vip To Vip+) Concern

Apologies to the problems I may arise, but there has been a frustrating problem I have encountered when I purchased an a rank upgrade from VIP to VIP+, so it should've been $20, but I can see on my account that it instead happened to take $40. I'm not sure how this happened but I believe that due to my veteran rank making my VIP status so old that the Wynncraft store might have not recognized it, and made me pay the full price of VIP+.

If I could get a refund of $20 regarding this matter, it'd be very much appreciated.

And here is a raw screenshot of my veteran rank status to show that I did have the regular VIP rank, as I unfortunately didn't keep a receipt of my VIP rank purchase long ago, but since you can only get the Veteran rank if you had VIP, this should hopefully suffice:


Here are some other information that might be useful in solving the matter:
- I use a Bank of America, Visa debit card on my purchase
- I was in an excited rush to buy the rank upgrade, so I didn't log into my Paypal account when I made the purchase (which I realize is a terrible idea)

As already said you have to send a mail to [email protected].
Your issue happened because you purchased your rank a long time ago. The system doesnt have your name on the list of people with a rank and therefore didnt recognize you and thats why it didnt subtract the 20$.
