   I'm a lvl 68 archer and I can't beat CoW.
   
   2 people should be fine for the quest.
   
   I am usually on 5-7 PM PST on weekdays.
   
   I am usually on 11 AM-5 PM on weekends.

   i waited until my assassin was 74 and then solo'd him easy
