    Yeah, there is no reason for you to not be teleported if you are in a certain spot. It's not like the command block says "oh, you're in cinfras so im not gonna tp u"

    The admins didn't abuse anything, it was a problem with the command blocks. If you have to find someone to blame, blame the abusers who kept going into bugged quest regions and teleported everyone just to make them suffer. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about your lost soul points and Nemract scrolls, but the abusers have been banned if thats enough justice served.
