Help (plz Help)

I accidentally pressed Q to drop items when I ment to drop a token into a hopper in the underworld crypt dungeon. I would really want it back so plz help I really need it I spent a long time grinding to being able to use it also its a legendary that does about 25-35 natural dmg I forgot the name of it, but I do know it started with a R. Thx if you can help.

Sorry, But wynncraft has a strict no-refund policy, so you can not get that item back. anyway, there's no proof you had the item, and since you don't have the items name, they can't even find the item (they can't refund you though)

This is not a bug as it wasn't the games fault. You pressed q, so you killed the item
you should change your drop hotkey so this won't happen in the future

 

Can you look in the hopper thing or something I bet you'll see it also if you do see it how would I know that much info on it.

Sorry, but no matter what the odds that the IDs will match, they still will not give it to you. I know, it sounds stupid. But it prevents people from cheating and asking for stuff in hoppers that other people dropped.

This isn't a bug. It is unfortunate, but it is not a bug, so the mods can't exactly fix it. It would be nice if these things were easy to fix, but they aren't. Furthermore, any player who looks up an item on the website can then say that they had it but accidently dropped it into a hopper in this dungeon (or anywhere else with a hopper for that matter) and have more information about it than you do. Also, please note that the hoppers on this server probably don't work like normal, and your item is probably not in there anymore. Not calling you a cheater, or accusing you of lying, but other players who don't want to work their way up towards a rarer item could say something similar. I am really sorry this happened to you, but I just don't think there is anything the mods can do to help you.

 

But how you’ll I know range item location and rarity and someone put the exact weapon in here so thats proof that I had it or something similar also I just wanted the item back I made a small mistake and it won’t happen again so if I could just get it back That would be amazing and if it happens again I won’t ask cause I know I won’t get it again

Since you can’t get the weapon back, I suggest you go to a weapon store possible in Almuj, if ur high level enough, or Nemract and buy a decent weapon there

 

Yeah, I can see how this would be annoying. However, even if a staff member could open hoppers and look inside, they wouldnt be able to retrieve the item for you because the hopper is cleared after every item.

Like people have said, you should just go buy another wand. And since you're lower level, it shouldn't be that hard to get a better one.

 

Hey @Supergamerpro, I'm sorry that you lost your wand, however, Wynncraft has a strict no refund policy, which means we can't or won't give you back any items you may have lost. Items in hoppers are lost anyways, so there won't be any way to get it back.
The bug report section is to report bugs that may occur ingame, so if you seek help, the best way to get help on the forums is here.
I'm certain you can find someone that will help you, either getting a new weapon or selling you one.
