How Do I Make Spiky Hair On Skins?

    okay so basically I want to make a minecraft skin based on my current avatar, setback. But there appears to be a minor setback (get it) in that plan. Setback, if you notice, has spikey hair. Like, anime spikey. And I'm not sure how to achieve spikey hair on a minecraft skin. Especially that one front spike. Thus, I turn to you guys to help me out. Please help.

    You could try using the hat layer of the skin to replicate spiky hair.
