    If the Seaskipper actually gave what other players accidentally dropped, I would stop lootrunning all together.

    Ha yes get all the white horses and level 20 legendaries!!!

    That would be both a cool feature and a really bad one, because so many people would complain about it. But seriously, can the whole hoppers accepting the wrong item thing be fixed? I'm not saying 'fix it now', I accept that if it hasn't been fixed yet it probably can't be.
