Best Xp And Item Grinding Spots

i need a place where i can get a lot of xp and item grinding spots for lv.75~85.
I would like it if its gavel but idk. i like wynn too.
I would appreciate if u guys tell me

 

If you need XP only, there are plenty of quests from 75 to 85 that gives decent amounts of XP, with only about 10% of XP for each level needed to be grinded. Once you reach Level 85, you can start grinding at Freezing Heights, but it's most efficient at 90, where the quest gap from 90-95 becomes apparent.

Items should not be an issue. There is a cave north of Cinfras with a Loot 4 and two Loot 3s that you can stop by. One part of the cave is decent for grinding. If you can find them, there are a plethora of Loot 3 and Loot 4 in the Canyon of the Lost and the Dernel Jungle.
