Guild Battle Failed: No One Logged In

Greetings,

Me and a few of my friends have recently formed a guild in the past day - but we have not been able to successfully iniate a guild battle yet to claim territory. After the 5 minute countdown ends, we get about a 10 second pause, nothing happens, and then we are told that no member logged in to battle. We receive this message no matter what server we are in, together or apart, and no matter where in the region we are attacking is.

What are we doing wrong? Am I missing something? Is the guild attack system broken? Please help.

If I have provided inadequate information, please let me know. I have not found any help on the wiki or in the forums on this issue.

 

Guild battles are a bit buggy, you do have to be in the territory you're attacking however if you weren't doing that

 

The location isn't the problem - we've followed the compass and used the map EVERY time. But despite a dozen or so attempts, we haven't got into a battle once, yet.
