Regarding Attack Speeds

In your opinion, would it better to have a weapon with a super fast attack speed with lower damage or a weapon with super slow attack speed with a higher damage?

I usually use Fissure which is super slow attack speed but it has good earth and neutral damage. But then there is Eviscerator which does less damage but it super fast.

Faster; with slow weapons missing hits is worse. Also, fast is less frustrating

 

I prefer fast hitting, but less damaging weapons in Wynn, I normally use at least normal attack speeds if I can, because you can do constant damage as opposed to one hit something every two seconds, especially as I play archer. Slow I find is tolerable, especially for spells. Anything slower I don't like.

But it depends on your play style.

 

typically faster weapons are 'better' because missing is less problematic. if you miss (or the enemy dodges the hit) with a very slow or super slow weapon, you lose out on a ton of damage. Faster attack speed weapons are typically better in that regard. If you want to hit hard, you can try using weapons with high damage and slow or super slow then wearing equipment with +attack tier. This will increase the speed at which you can attack.
