Health Regen

i got a build with -57 health regen (raw)
and got +126% health regem but still using healt
but ots works like this right

100% = 57
26% = 15

so first the 100% = 57. so -57+57 = 0
than the 26=15 so than i whoud have 15 health regen right

i think im just stupid and pleas don't hate but with def i kida works like thia so xD

 

Nope, % regen affects your base regen, not the raw regen id, so its pretty bad
