Is There Any Way To Gain Skill Points Without Levelling Up?

I’m currently level 32 with a Waves Raiser in my possession. However, my Intelligence is only level 15, and since it requires a minimum intelligence of 35 to wield, I need to rapidly upgrade my intelligence if I want to use it earlier. What should I do? Or is there no way at all except for grinding like mad until i’m 10 Levels higher?

 

1. use gear that gives skill points lawl
2. reset your sp for 2 soul points?

You can extremely easily reset your skill points for the mere cost of 2 soul points!
I still think this needs to change, 2sp is nothing and makes toa useless :(

 

And people like me who had to pay full LE that came from an era when mobs didn't drop like 20 emeralds at once and quests gave a couple EBs instead of dispensing LE like the Almuj Banker. :(

 

Oh. I just read a lot of stuff about the skill reset, and I know the points come back if you use a scroll, but what if you use soul points? Will the skill points still come back?
