Help, Lost Wand In Dropper: Staff Needed

During the quest: Fat of the Fallen, after I enter the time gate, instead of throwing in the correct wand, I accidentally through in my wand that I use for combat, is there any way to help?
It was a Legendary Glare Wand with two teir 5 thunder powders on it

 

Wynncraft has a strict no re fund policy, so sorry there no way of getting it back.

However Glare is a low level wand, which shouldnt be too had to get back
Additionally since you own a level 80 Archer I assume the 2 Thunder T5s will be the hardest part, however being level 80 getting 2 T5's wont be too bad

They have that policy to keep people from claiming they lost mythics and demanding refunds, when they never lost them in the first place.

 

I think I have 2 glares in my bank. You can have one for free. You'll probably get a better one or be way higher level by then, because I wont be back on for like 4 days.

There’s no way to prove that you lost an item or even had it in the first place. It’s too easy to fake a loss so you can get an item. Keeping track of the history of all items would be impossible as it would require servers (to keep the data) far larger than what the owners could afford (I believe it was once stated that such a thing would require servers as large as Google’s).

 

Actually, they do have each item and such, it's been stated multiple times before. Although it's a giant mess.

 

What's not fair about it? You lost it and it's completely your fault.

As for the No Refund policy, we did try this in the past. The problem is that so many players tried to cheat it in so many ways, we couldn't keep it up. Maybe a nice player can give you a new Glare, sadly I don't have one.
