    I bought vip rank around 2 hours ago and it has not gone through. I have emailed support and not gotten a response. Is there anything else I can try to receive my rank? I have my transaction ID

    You'll just have to wait for the support team to get to your email. The team is very small and have other priorities besides Wynn.

    Be patient... the team is small and it takes time for ranks to appear...it won't appear immediately.
