Bugging Items

Just a quick question if you can help.
I have been playing infested pot dungeon and the second time i've done it my legendary bow just disapiered and it bugged in my inventory as sometimes it appeared back but then it didn't i tried to relog but it was gone and i cloudn't get it back.
It also happend before when my gear just bugged and disapeard when i tried to move it in my inventory.
I took of my lagging its in my inventory i open my inventory again it gone then i opened it again it was on me.
But the point is that that time i got it back but my legendary bow didn't i checked if i dropped it but it was not.
If you cloud help me get it somehow back that would be very good cause it was fast and has alot of damage, and i don't have any other good bow

 

They went invisible, they were there, but you probably dropped them. Also there is a strict no-refund policy.
