The point is there is no required agi, and you need 80 dex and 50 str to wear it. Then you won't have enough sp for agi, making your build garbage.
I mean, if it have some req agi and that insane amt of ws it will be good

 

Actually it is technically possible to use delirium with all of the other ws items; you just need 3 off of max skill points

 

Yes I know that, but imagine how much luck or money you need to accomplish this

Thats the point. Also even though you can make it to 100 agi, you need max stats (3 off max is sensitive asf, what if they made another update and your build is absolute garbage again), which are unstable and expensive. Another thing is, if you can't even make it to strati sp req (120) then whats the point of an agi build

 

Maybe because it WASN'T meant to be used with a WS build?? Just look at the stats, it was probably meant to be used in a melee build with shit like Centipede or Conrupt, Humbark Moccasins, Stalactite, etc
