Health Regen?

Quite confused on how health regen really works, i recently got the blank (forgot the name) bracelet that gave 2000% and was pretty disapointed by it since it healed around 300 health per 8 seconds . Ive gotten around a 60% health regen and that healed for around 100 health.

Know how these health regen works? Like if there is a multiplier and how much %= amount of health? Theres also the amount of seconds needed to heal.

 

Raw regen actually gives regen ticks. % Hp regen increases base regen, which doesn't stack as you level so it becomes trash by endgame

 

Rip i thought the bracelet was going to be used for a tanking a little but thanks for the explanation.
