Archer/Hunter Help Help Me Improve My Water Archer

Third eye for mana and spell
Boreal patterned aegis for defences, water dmg and mana
Dark channeler for raw spell and water damage( I have one with max water)
Memento for spell dmg and mana

Prism for skillpoints
Jester because after the update I was 1 skillpoint short (used clockwork for health before the update)
Roasted chestnut for health regen


I want my build to have some health regen, overboard mana, good dmg and not being 1shot.
My buget depends on how good the build is.

wow, I was going to suggest that exact build, but didn't want to change the weapon from stormcloud. IMO, I think stormcloud has more potential damage when using Curse, but torrential tide has more raw damage.

 

I like all the builds but torrential tide is not my way of going, as it can't have curse
