Should I Make A Modded Minecraft Server?

I'm debaiting starting one as the title says. I'm just wondering how many people would be interested in it? and also what mods would you like to see on it if it ends up being created :)

After reviewing a lot of mods I've decided hosting it in 1.11.2 would most likely be the best

 

Don't forget to stop oregen of duplicate ores

Mind telling me what Flans Mod, MCHeli and Waila are?

EDIT 1: I checked them all and I've chosen a few of them to use. the Bold ones you chose seemed awesome though I didn't want to use Flans as I don't think it would suit how I want to run the server. and MCHeli is for 1.7.10 and not 1.11.2

 

well uh, maybe the first 2 wont really fit, Flans Mod adds guns, grenades, that kind of stuff
mcheli adds aeroplanes and helicopters, most of them can shoot bullets/rockets
waila stands for What Am I Looking At, it shows at the top of your screen what youre looking at ;) (might send pic later)

oh and btw i forgot journeymap
so as I said, pls add waila, and flans and mcheli might not really fit your server

Jurassicraft and mo creatures

 

I'm not doing Jurassicraft but I may do mo creatures

 

Galacticcraft has a set of ores, Tinkers Construct has a set of ores, Thermal Expansion has a set of ores, and more..
Even though you dont ad them all, there WILL be duplicate ores, so you should decide to keep one and disable the others

 

pfft people can just deal with that I'm too lazy

Why not just make a server for some ftb pack? It would be easier than making one with only a few specific mods.

With tinkers yes, but holding multiple same ores arent nice, you can disable them in their configs, there should be an option to disable them from spawning in the world

It's easy, only takes a few min

Use Ore Excavation instead, it's more optimized

Tinkers' Tool Leveling (make tools level up)
PlusTiC (tinkers construct additions)
JourneyMap (a map)
Iron Chests (storage)
RFTools (useful stuff)
Chisels & Bits (maybe)
Better Builder's Wands (improve building ability)
McJtyLib (mod required for rftools)
Extra Utilities (bunch of useful things)

Iguana tinker tweaks would be better, it has levels and completely makes tinkers more enjoyable.
The rest all seel very good and should be done yeah, +1 for you
