Assassin/Ninja Help Air Assassin That Uses Ivory, Need Help!

Hey everyone, I'm terrible at builds and was wondering if someone could help me with an air assassin build that uses ivory. There doesn't need to be a specific archetype for it (eg. mana regen, DPS) so please suggest one that incorporates an air assassin. Although damage should still be rather high, not like a glass cannon though. If you can, please limit items to lvl 98 but if you're using 99 and 100 items a substitute would be awesome.

Randomly thrown together in a few minutes. Quite glassy, but wearable at lvl 98
